failure

My new year's resolution is enjoying what I am doing in my daily life.

I applied a couple of  illustration festivals/competitions and I got rejections.
I lost  the confidence for my  illustration  in competitive world. But, I am so glad that I failed.

Before, I spend  time creating pretty pictures, and I got lost.
I realized that picture is just one of the tool to communicate.

I don't want to make just pretty pictures without a message.
Also, I think it is important  to create what I want to see and hear , not the world want to see.

Then, I will truly enjoy what I am doing without caring  money or fame.
